Principles:

the working principle of this dryer as bellow:

The air steam passes through only the surface of raw material in traditional
chamber drier. The disadvantage is that the coefficient of raw material only
in traditional level chamber dryer. The disadvantage is that the coefficient
of heat transfer is low, the drying time is long, and it can not be in conformity with the requirements of "GMP"because of the defect of its structure. In order to overcome
the above mentioned shortage, we designed and developed the penetrating air stream chamber dryeron the basis of absorbing foreign advanced technology.

The fresh air is sucked by fan and then filtered by pre, post and sub-high efficiency filter
to achieve 100,000 grade cleaning and then rises to certain temperature through the seam heat exchanger. The purified air is separated to each layer by the left distributing board in order to let the hot air pass through each layer of material dried uniformlly.

A part of the humid air is exhausted through the inclined air channel under the drying
tray, another Part of the air continues circulating in the system to achieve dry.

Features:To avoid pollution of product caused by the metamorphosing of material carried by air during the heating process ,the circulation of hot air passes through mild @high efficiency fliters,in this way ,it can meet the requirement of GMP.
Compared with traditional horizontal chamber dryer, its capacity of drying is larger.
The thickness of raw materials each layer can be over three times than the tranditional one.
Compared with traditional horizontal chamber dryer, its drying area is large and its
efficiency is high. Its capacity of drying might be several times higher than the tranditional, the
cost is reasonable.
it is applicable for drying various kinds of materials in granule and block state.
it is easy in operation, convenient in parts exchanging, low in faults.
There are air filter at air inlet and air outlet. Therefore the dried raw materials
can not be effected too.
The hot source can adapt steam, oil or electric heater.
